Sales Policy

The purchase of all digital products, eBooks, pdf downloads and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.

All digital products, eBooks, pdf downloads, resource material, videos and online content are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product, ebook, pdf download and online content sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person. In some cases, Cucinetta or Chef Vincenzo may encrypt, force passwords and/or stamp license details, and disable copying on its digital products to ensure additional safety.

Please note that once you access or download any digital content that you purchase from Chef Vincenzo, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that digital content. Chef Vincenzo’s eBooks and masterclasses have a strict no-refund policy as they are digital products that you receive immediately. Please take note that the download link for your eBook is valid for 24 hours only, as specified in all your purchase emails. If you are experiencing difficulty downloading or saving your eBooks you can contact us by emailing chefvincenzo@cucinetta.com.au Links will not be re-issued for products purchased more than 2 months prior to your request, creating a backup file or physical copy of the eBook is solely the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held responsible if you lose your copy once it has been downloaded. Chef Vincenzo’s eBooks are in PDF format, and customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their device is compatible with the eBooks, no refunds are issued for compatibility issues. If you are having problems with opening/viewing your eBook we suggest that you update your iPhone or update your PDF viewer (Android).

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, ebooks, pdf downloads, resource material, videos and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

In case you are not redirected back to our website after purchase or you do not receive an email from us with a link to the product of your purchase, you can immediately contact us with your transaction details, including the email ID through which the payment was made. We will revert back to you with your product details and download link as soon as possible.

All purchases made on www.chefvincenzo.com are non-refundable. Since the eBooks made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us via chefvincnezo@cucinetta.com.au to discuss a resolution.

By placing an order with Chef Vincenzo, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

Other Information

Chef Vincenzo reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

Making An Order

To make an order on the website, you should use the relevant pages. If you have a promotion code you can enter it at checkout. It is your responsibility to notify us if any of the order information is incorrect as failure to do so may result in non-delivery of any ordered items. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability at our sole discretion. We retain the right to cancel/reject orders in the case of item unavailability, incorrect pricing or your credit or account card is not authorised for the transaction.

Order Pricing and Payment

All items are priced in dollars ($ AU) including GST. We reserve the right to change our prices without notification at any time. Items will be charged at the price which was displayed at the time of the order being made in AU $. Payments are processed securely. At no time will your payment details be transferred or stored. Payment will be taken at the time of order acceptance. In the event that payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted and will automatically be cancelled. An error message will be displayed on the screen. In such an event, please contact us via the contact us page. All prices are inclusive of any extras where applicable.

Promotion Codes

If you have opted-in to receive information on our products, you may occasionally receive promotion codes or product newsletters from us by e-mail. Promotion Codes can be applied at checkout. Promotion Codes have no monetary value and under no circumstances can they be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date set at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify the expiry date without notification. Promotion Codes cannot be divided into parts. The discount achieved by the use of a Promotion Code must not exceed the total monetary value of the order (excluding delivery costs). Some Promotion Codes will specify a minimum amount to be spent in order to be applied. Promotion Codes cannot be applied past their expiry dates. Any refund made on an order where a Promotion Code was applied will be reduced by the discounted amount. Only one Promotion Code can be used per order.
